After searching for trucks and getting frustrated because dealers keep "adjusting" msrp thousands above msrp, I came across this dealership. Immediately after talking to staff over the phone one I knew they were the dealership I would be doing business with. No games, no msrp markup, no bs. Just down to earth people, not shysters. I rarely purchase cars. They gave me a good deal on the Escape I purchased in 2013. Right now, their inventory on the lot is very low. Their service department has become overworked and has lengthy delays in booking appointments for everything including routine service. The technicians do good work, but getting into their shop usually requires some waiting.
Capital Ford of Hillsborough service personnel are always courteous and helpful. I recommend Capital Ford for both sales and service.

Bought a mustang. I just feel they worked really hard to get me into the car I wanted. I believe they gave me a good allowance on my F 150 that I traded in. I thought Ron was outstanding and went above and beyond to fullfil my automotive needs.

Brought a new mustang Mach e in for software update. Dealer not trained and parts department even worse. They sell a product they have very little knowledge of. Sold me a key fob for $180 then charged me $99 to program

My salesman Rick was great! I did not Like Chris the financial guy .He got very upset when I didn’t want to buy the extended warranty with the loan ,the triton extended warranty .The Things Rick had put down that I would get all weather floor mats and two crossbars for my eco-sport Chris took them off when I canceled the triton extended warranty also two free oil changes and made comments oh I hope your vehicle doesn’t break down so I will not be going back to the dealership.I would not trust the dealership to do ...

Very disappointed in the professional manner in which they diagnosed the repairs, didn't fix what was wrong, and I ended giving the title to them because of the bill. I'm not the expert, they are-yet I'm stunned that after a $3800 bill I would have to then spend between 6K-15K to repair what was originally wrong. Wrote a letter to the general manager, never heard anything back and still have not been able to get my personal effects out of the Ford F350 dually truck.
I have used this service dept for years, simply because of the employees. They’re friendly and patient in explaining what I need. I don’t understand the mechanics , so it’s imperative that I trust the person who is helping me. This dept has proven themselves trustworthy.

Fantastic service with my Ecosport! I had a light come in and I called Tim on Monday for service. He had me bring it in on Tuesday for service. The light was a warning to service it but found out it was a computer warning. Super place for your cars!!
